This month draws close to the conclusion of the joint project that teamed JWR construction, Ducon construction, and Sarasota Housing Authority with ALL-IN-ONE Electric to be responsible for the electrical contracting of Amaryllis Park Place.

Amaryllis Park Place is a three story, 90,000 square feet, 84-unit, new construction project. It is a masonry constructed senior living facility for Sarasota Housing Authority.

On this site, AIOE was accountable for 2500amp switch gear and from outside lighting, a complete Fire Alarm system, cable and data wiring in units, and raceways for the access control, and camera wiring.

Through our decades of work in commercial settings of many sizes and scopes, we respectfully say this was a sizable project. It was truly an amazing undertaking for everyone involved. Including the devoted AIOE crew, we sincerely appreciate all of the surrounding support. Everybody's favor was evident from the beginning to the end.

After all, the continued hard work and unity enabled us to conclude our assignment.

We have high hopes attached to the completion of Amaryllis Park Place. In the future, we welcome succeeding propositions, from the same contended contractors and others.
